Born and raised in a small town of Wisconsin, Jeff made a big decision to leave a small town to move to California. Always having a knack for numbers and sales, Jeff traveled the United States selling magazine subscriptions door to door. It was then that he acquired an ability to overcome rejection only to rise to the top of his sales team. He quickly saved enough money to follow a small town dream, and made the big move to Southern California.
Arrival in 1987 he acquired his insurance license and started his journey to where he is today. During his time with the first company he was honored with every agent award including but not limited to Topper Club and Life Championship. He was then recruited in 1998 by another insurance company to start up a property and casualty division for the state of California. During the short time with this company, he brought upon new agents, created the largest and most profitable agency, and was consistently ranked top sales manager. He was once again recruited, and made his final move to American National in 2001. Since his time with American National he has again risen to the top winning numerous awards such as P&C Agent of the year, most profitable agent of the year, president’s club, chieftain’s club, and many, many more. His most treasured awards have been two President Trophies for ranking as the number two agency unit in American National’s entire agency force.
Jeff has displayed an amazing aptitude for sales, development, and training since his start in the insurance industry and looks forward to passing on his knowledge to his future agents. He produces in the field with his agents, yet is the number one property and casualty producing agent 2 years running. He is a Million Dollar Round Table qualifier and a part of GAMA and NAIFA. He has two daughters, the apple of his eyes, and a lovely fiancé that supports his passion for people and business. Jeff is a licensed twin engine pilot which displays perfectly, his love for travel and adventure. In what little spare time Jeff has, it is rare to find him without a coffee in hand and a plan in mind. Jeff can be summed up nicely by a quote of his long time role model Vince Lambardi, “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”
